John Jameson is an exemplary employee who went above and beyond what might be usually expected. He was timely, professional, and extremely skilled with both the tow and the lock out. Although he had already finished the tow, he was willing to stay with the car, and expert in using a YouTube video to unlock the brand new rental vehicle that had extraordinary safety measures, in order to free the key/fob and our luggage from the locked trunk.

I had an unfortanate event today leaving me in need of towning and line haul moving today. I have never used FBM Express before today but was happy when my call was answered at 0500 am. FBM Express was able to get someone to me very quickly, upon arrival the drivers were very kind and was able to help with another issue I had as well with moving line loads. I would highly recoment using FBM Express Recovery & Towing Services for any towing or line haul needs. They are fast, kind and priced very fairly! Thank you again for assisting us today!

My roadside service tried multiple providers until they got to FBM. FBM completed the job quickly and professionally, when others failed to even show up. I wish they had been called first! I definitely recommend them.
